The DIsney Dreamers Acadmey is an annual, all-expenses-paid four-day career mentorship event held at Walt Disney World Resort for 100 exceptional high school students. Created in 2007 in partnership with Steve Harvey and Essence Magazine, the program aims to inspire, motivate, and empower Black teens and youth from underrepresented communities across the United States.
